1. Summary
Be the creator TikTok would highlight, not the one TikTok would ban. Don’t spam. Don’t impersonate. Don’t upload someone else’s work as your own. Don’t try to game our automation to run a network of fake accounts. Follow the law and TikTok’s Community Guidelines. That’s the gist — specifics below.
2. Prohibited content
You may not generate, schedule, publish, or upload content that:
- Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights you do not own or have permission to use.
- Is deceptive or fraudulent — fake reviews, fake discounts, miracle cures, unverifiable claims, deepfakes, or synthetic media of real people without consent.
- Contains hate speech, harassment, or content that targets a person or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or similar protected characteristics.
- Sexualises minors, depicts child sexual abuse material, or sexualises anyone without their consent.
- Incites or glorifies violence, terrorism, self-harm, or eating disorders.
- Promotes the sale of regulated goods where prohibited — weapons, illicit drugs, counterfeit currency, stolen accounts or credentials, endangered wildlife.
- Contains political or health disinformation, election interference, or synthetic media intended to mislead voters.
- Violates applicable advertising, consumer protection, or financial-services laws (for example unlicensed financial advice, predatory lending, unregistered investment offerings).
- Contains malware, phishing, scams, or links to any of the above.
- Violates privacy — publishing someone’s personal data, images, or identifying information without their consent (“doxxing”).
3. Prohibited behaviour
- No spam or mass abuse. Don’t publish near-identical posts at high frequency across accounts to inflate reach. Don’t use the scheduler to flood TikTok. Respect TikTok’s rate limits and anti-spam systems.
- No impersonation. Don’t connect TikTok accounts you don’t own or operate. Don’t present yourself as another person, brand, or organisation.
- No automation farms. Don’t operate Reeldrift as part of an inauthentic network designed to simulate organic reach or game engagement metrics.
- No circumvention. Don’t bypass plan limits by creating duplicate accounts, sharing credentials, or reverse-engineering rate limits.
- No scraping or unauthorized access. Don’t scrape Reeldrift, probe security boundaries, or access data belonging to other users.
- Respect our APIs. If you build on top of Reeldrift, use official endpoints within documented limits. Don’t hammer, cache-abuse, or degrade the service for others.
- Comply with export controls and sanctions. Don’t use Reeldrift in jurisdictions where applicable US or EU sanctions prohibit our services.
4. AI-generated content rules
Reeldrift helps you generate hooks and slide copy. You are the publisher and take full responsibility for what goes live on your TikTok account. In particular:
- Clearly disclose synthetic or AI-generated content when required by law (e.g. EU AI Act, FTC endorsement rules) or by TikTok’s content labelling policies.
- Don’t use AI-generated content to deceive, defraud, or impersonate real people.
- Don’t generate content that a reasonable person would consider harmful, illegal, or designed to bypass safety mitigations.
5. TikTok compliance
Because Reeldrift publishes to TikTok on your behalf, your use of our service also counts as use of TikTok’s service. You must comply with:
- TikTok Terms of Service
- TikTok Community Guidelines
- TikTok Privacy Policy
- TikTok’s advertising, music licensing, and creator monetization policies where relevant.
6. Reporting abuse
If you see something on Reeldrift that violates this policy, please report it: hello@reeldrift.pro. Include enough detail for us to find the content (user, URL, timestamp). We review every report and respond as quickly as we can.
7. Enforcement
Depending on severity and history, we may:
- Warn you and ask you to correct the issue.
- Remove specific content, revoke API access, or suspend scheduled publishing.
- Suspend or terminate your account — without refund for the affected period.
- Cooperate with law enforcement where required by valid legal process.
We try to be proportionate. Severe or repeated violations — especially anything involving minors, violent extremism, or fraud — can result in immediate termination and reporting to authorities.
8. Appeals
If you believe we made a mistake, reply to the enforcement notice or email hello@reeldrift.pro. A human will review and respond.
9. Updates
We may update this policy as risks evolve (new forms of abuse, new TikTok rules, new laws). Material changes will be announced in the app and, where appropriate, by email.
