1. The agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you”, “User”) and APZERO sp. z o.o., based in ul. Kijowska 44, 85-703 Bydgoszcz, Poland (“we”, “us”), governing your use of the Reeldrift service at reeldrift.pro (the “Service”).
By creating an account, connecting a TikTok account, or using any part of the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What Reeldrift does
Reeldrift is a web application that helps creators and businesses schedule and publish TikTok slideshow posts through TikTok’s official Content Posting API. Key features include hook generation, a WYSIWYG slide editor, a scheduler, analytics dashboards, and multi-account management.
We do not operate TikTok. Publishing happens on your behalf, using your own TikTok account, after you explicitly approve content.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country.
- You must have the right to use the TikTok account you connect, and you must comply with the TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok Community Guidelines.
- You may not use the Service if you have been previously banned from the Service or from TikTok for policy violations.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@reeldrift.pro if you suspect unauthorized use.
You must provide accurate information. You may not share your account or attempt to circumvent plan limits by creating multiple accounts for a single operation.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the Service (“User Content”). This includes hooks, slide copy, images, and generated media.
You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and transmit User Content solely to:
- operate and provide the Service to you;
- generate slides, thumbnails, and derivative assets you request;
- publish User Content to your connected TikTok account on your instruction;
- back up, secure, and restore the Service.
This license ends when you delete the content or close your account, except where we are legally required to retain copies (for example, tax records of a billed invoice).
You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to the User Content and that publishing it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
6. TikTok integration
When you connect a TikTok account, you authorize us to use TikTok’s Content Posting API and Login Kit on your behalf. We:
- request only the scopes necessary to run the Service;
- publish posts only when you approve them or schedule them explicitly;
- fetch post metrics (views, likes, shares, bookmarks, engagement rate) for your dashboard;
- store TikTok tokens encrypted at rest and revoke them immediately on disconnect.
You can disconnect at any time from Settings → Account, or revoke access directly from within TikTok. See our Data Deletion page for details.
7. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: no spam, no copyright infringement, no impersonation, no illegal content, no automated abuse, and no activity that violates the TikTok Community Guidelines. Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
8. Plans, billing & refunds
8.1 Plans
The Service is offered on a free tier and on paid subscriptions (Starter, Growth, Scale). Current prices, quotas, and features are shown on the Pricing page.
8.2 Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual), via Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method for each billing cycle until you cancel.
8.3 Taxes
Prices are displayed in USD and exclude VAT, sales tax, and similar charges. Where legally required, tax is added at checkout based on your billing country.
8.4 Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the paid features until then.
8.5 Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid month. Contact hello@reeldrift.pro within 7 days of your first charge to request a full refund. Beyond that window, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
8.6 Price changes
We may change prices for new billing cycles. We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before a price increase takes effect. You may cancel before the change to avoid the new price.
9. Changes to the Service
We continuously improve the Service. We may add, change, or remove features and adjust plan limits. If a change materially reduces your plan, we will notify you by email and, where appropriate, offer a downgrade path or refund for the unused portion.
10. Suspension and termination
You can terminate your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy;
- you fail to pay fees owed;
- TikTok revokes or suspends the integration for your account;
- we are required to do so by law.
On termination, your access ends and your data will be deleted per section 6 of the Privacy Policy.
11. Warranties and disclaimer
We work hard to keep the Service reliable, but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that publishing will always succeed, that analytics will always be complete, or that TikTok’s API will be uninterrupted. We do not guarantee any specific reach, engagement, or business outcomes.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data.
- Our total aggregate liability in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in that period, or (b) EUR 100.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law (for example, fraud, gross negligence, or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence).
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold APZERO sp. z o.o. harmless from third-party claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, the content you publish through the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right. This section applies to the extent permitted by your local consumer protection law.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland / European Union, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Courts in Poland have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute, except that consumers residing in the EU/EEA retain all mandatory rights and courts available to them under their local law.

15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced inside the Service and, where appropriate, by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Miscellaneous
- Severability. If a clause is found unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in effect.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign to an affiliate or successor in connection with a merger or acquisition.
- Waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
- Entire agreement. These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and AUP) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
